Final Weekend to Enjoy Lombard Restaurant Week

This weekend marks the final days of Lombard’s first-ever Restaurant Week, which runs through Sunday, February 1st. Residents and visitors are encouraged to take advantage of this last opportunity to dine local and support Lombard’s vibrant restaurant community. 

More than 40 Lombard restaurants, cafés, bakeries, breweries, and eateries are participating, offering special pricing or promotions throughout the event. Restaurant Week is a great chance to try a new restaurant, revisit a favorite, or make plans with family and friends while supporting local businesses!

Protect Yourself from Scams 

The Village has received reports of residents being contacted by individuals claiming to be a collection agency collecting money on behalf of the Village. Please be aware that if a resident has an outstanding balance, the Village will first communicate directly through official billing statements, mailed notices, or direct contact from Village department staff before engaging a collection agency. 

If you receive a suspicious call, do not share personal or financial information and do not make a payment. Residents are encouraged to contact the appropriate Village department using the contact information listed on the Village’s official website at www.villageoflombard.org or call the Village at (630) 620-5700 to confirm account information before taking any action. To check a water bill balance or make a payment, residents may visit www.lombard.watersmart.com.

Lombard Blood Drives Collect 65 Pints 

January is National Blood Donor Month, a time to honor voluntary blood donors and encourage more people to donate blood and help save lives. 

The Village of Lombard is thanking donors for their life-saving blood donations at the Village's Winter Blood Drive and other local community blood drives this month. Through these blood drives, a total of 65 pints were collected, with the combined potential to save up to 195 lives. Since the program began in 1988, Lombard has held 386 blood drives, which collected more than 20,353 units, potentially saving up to 61,059 lives.

Energy Assistance Available Through DuPage County LIHEAP 

Income-eligible residents may qualify for assistance with paying their gas and electric bills through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). The program helps households manage energy costs, especially during the winter months. 

To improve access, Saturday appointments are available at Community Services. Residents can schedule an appointment online at https://tinyurl.com/LIHEAP-APPT. Appointments are required, and availability is limited. Residents are encouraged to schedule as soon as possible.

Report Potholes and Other Concerns with SeeClickFix


Help keep our community safe and beautiful by using SeeClickFix to report any issues you encounter. With more than 3,400 reports already submitted, SeeClickFix is making a significant impact in Lombard. 

Don't let issues like potholes, street light outages, graffiti, or code violations linger – report them easily through SeeClickFix, available 24/7. Give it a try! Take a photo of the problem (or enter a brief description), and Village staff will address the issue.
